The Coppell Republican Club will hold it's March meeting on Thursday, March 24 at 6:30pm. The topic for the evening will be the upcoming May 7th election for the CISD School Board and the tax increase of $.0972 to fund the proposed bond of $249,038,400. Places 1, 2 and 3 on the CISD Board are up for election and all 3 races are contested. Anthony Hill is the only incumbent running for re-election as both David Apple and Susie Kemp are stepping down. All candidates in the race have been invited to introduce themselves, present their ideas, participate in a panel discussion and answer questions.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at Ole's Tex-Mex Restaurant, 600 East Sandy Lake Road in Coppell.
